Job : Accountable for all technical and quality issues related to assigned electron optics subassemblies.
Handle daily production escalations and provide strong technical support to the production team to resolve issues and ensure systems meet shipment schedules as planned.
Dispose of non-conformance products and closely work with suppliers on quality and process continuous improvement.
Respond to failure analysis and provide comprehensive analysis reports to the field support team or customers. Implement corrective actions to systematically fix problems.
Work with the material team on product cost reduction, EOL component replacement, relocation of manufacturing sites, and any engineering support they need.
Write Engineering Change Orders (ECO) for any product changes and ensure proper implementation.
Be accountable for supplier quality and OOBQ yield. Audit supplier processes and quality control if necessary.
Requirements:
PhD/Masters/Bachelors Degree in Electron Optics/Mechanical Engineering/System Engineering or equivalent.
Knowledge of high-vacuum systems and experience in high voltage electronics.
Preferred experience in electron optics systems including hardware handling experience, such as electron sources, columns, and objective lenses.
Ability to work in a clean room environment.
