Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' business processes and requirements.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  3. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and proposing SAP solutions that align with their strategic goals.
  4. Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for SAP solution sales.
  5. Customize and tailor SAP solutions to meet clients' specific needs and objectives.
  6. Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to create compelling proposals and demonstrations.
  7. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  8. Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads, manage sales pipelines, and drive the sales process from prospecting to closure.
  9. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and updates.
  10. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP products, features, and updates.
  11. Develop a deep understanding of the SAP portfolio to communicate the value proposition to clients effectively.
  12. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales collateral, presentations, and marketing materials.
  13. Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in SAP sales, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  3. In-depth knowledge of SAP solutions and their applications in various industries.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to understand complex technical concepts and articulate them clearly and compellingly.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. SAP certification(s) is a plus.
  8. Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
  9. Knowledge of the broader enterprise software landscape.
  10. Can communicate in English both written and spoken.
