To provide efficient after-sales technical services and support, including assembly, pre-delivery inspection, delivery, installation and commissioning, trouble-shooting, maintenance and servicing of equipment and its related parts.
1. Technical Support, Quality and Service Standards
Responsible for the successful completion of scheduled service jobs & ad hoc troubleshooting.
Perform and complete all service jobs as assigned, ensuring equipment is in good condition before handing over to customer.
Work in co-operation with supervisor, colleagues and vendors to fulfill job requirements and resolve technical problems in meeting the expectations of external customers.
2. Records and Documentation
Responsible for recording and providing accurate and complete service reports upon completion of every service job or visit to facilitate follow up and/or warranty claim where appropriate.
Prepare and upkeep all equipment related documents in accordance with the documentation system and procedure of Industrial Services.
3. EHS and Housekeeping
To maintain proper housekeeping and discipline at workplace as well as the client's work site so as to improve operational efficiency, whilst maintaining the good image of the Company.
To observe safety precautions and to execute correct engineering practices at all times so as to minimize risk to self and others as well as damage to equipment and workplace.
Act responsibly at all times to comply with the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) policies, procedures and work instructions of the company.
Able to produce Risk Assessment (RA) for related jobs at site.
Qualification
Certificate or Diploma in Engineering disciplines.
Experience
Minimum 3 years in machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Knowledge & Skills
Proficient in MS Office applications preferred.
Able to interpret Electrical diagram and knowledge on instrumentation & Control.
