Job summary
A leading media corporation in Singapore is seeking an engineer to support broadcast and IT systems. Responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting equipment, and participating in project implementation. Candidates should have a degree in Information Technology, relevant certifications like CCNA, and some experience in IT or Broadcast fields. Strong networking skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams are essential. Shift duties will be required.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in IT, IT Security or equivalent.
- CCNA certification is a plus, and MCSA is preferred.
- 0-3 years of experience in IT or Broadcast fields.
- Understanding of cloud/enterprise system architecture.
- Experience with networking devices and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to broadcast equipment and systems.
- Document and manage fault incidents.
- Assess vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.
- Troubleshoot and repair broadcast equipment.
- Collaborate on technical solutions.
- Support project implementation and planning.
- Perform shift and standby duties.
