Title: Museum Programme Assistant

Salary and Benefits:
- Between $2,400 to $3,200
- Able to work in a government environment

Working Hours:
- 5 day work week
- Mon to Fri: 9am-6pm

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management of the Museum-based Learning (MBL) Programme which includes project management of museum educators and administration duties such as scheduling and processing of payment;
• Manage relationships with museum educators and report on emerging issues and feedback received;
• Assist in conducting check-in sessions and observation sessions during school visits at the MBL venues to ensure museum educators are equipped with the necessary skills to facilitate the MBL programme effectively;
• Liaise with museum educators and internal education staff across all MBL venues;
• Collate and organise feedback from stakeholders and prepare reports based on feedback analysis;
• Support other education-related projects at ECO.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any related field;
• Passion for educating and interacting with students and adults;
• Good interpersonal, communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills;
• Dynamic, resourceful, adaptable, and meticulous with attention to details;
• Possess strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills;
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment;
• Able to work independently when required and is a good team player.
