IT Manager

About the role

As the IT Manager at Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and Museum, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the organisation's information technology infrastructure and systems. This full-time position is based in the Chinatown Central Region, and you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company's IT resources.

What you'll be doing

IT Strategy & Operations

• Oversee IT operations across the organization, ensuring smooth and efficient system functionality.
• Develop and implement IT policies, processes, and systems in alignment with HQ guidelines.
• Drive digitalization initiatives and process improvements across departments (Sales, Finance, HR).
• Forecast, manage, and monitor the IT budget to support organizational goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.

IT Infrastructure & Security

• Ensure IT compliance, security, and cybersecurity measures are in place.
• Implement and manage disaster recovery plans, regularly testing and updating them for effectiveness.
• Oversee Microsoft Dynamics Finance Operations, Customer Engagement, and Dynamics 365, ensuring system optimization.
• Analyze and configure software and hardware, ensuring compatibility with system architecture and functional requirements.
• Manage Cisco Meraki firewalls and access points to maintain network security and performance.

IT Procurement & Vendor Management

• Draft and translate technical requirements into tender specifications for IT-related procurements.
• Identify and assess vendor services, products, and maintenance solutions.
• Implement maintenance procedures and review current services to enhance IT support and efficiency.

IT Support & Business Continuity

• Provide IT support for new setups and ensure operational continuity.
• Establish and manage functional IT requirements to meet organizational needs.
• Implement solutions to address identified service gaps and enhance maintenance services.

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience (8+ years) in an IT management role within a large or complex organisation
• Proven track record of successfully managing and maintaining IT infrastructure and systems (in Microsoft Dynamics ERP, Dynamics 365.)
• Strong technical expertise in areas such as network administration, software implementation, and data security
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve IT-related issues
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Industry-relevant certifications, such as ITIL or PMP, would be highly desirable
