The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Accounting/Finance along with professional certification, and have 5-10 years of experience in both controllership and FP&A roles. Responsibilities encompass monthly closing, budgeting, and driving internal improvements in financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, specifically in controllership or FP&A.
- Experience in regional or multi-entity reporting.
- Hands-on approach to financial analysis and reporting.

- Lead monthly closing, management reporting, and consolidation for regional entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide insights that inform commercial and strategic decisions.
- Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes, ensuring timely statutory and audit deliverables.
- Partner closely with senior leadership on performance tracking, investment analysis, and ad-hoc financial projects.
- Contribute to system improvement and automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency.
- Degree in Accounting/Finance; professional certification (CA/CPA/ACCA) preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience spanning both controllership/accounting and FP&A/business partnering.
- Prior exposure to regional or multi-entity reporting environments.
- Hands‑on approach with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Background in infrastructure, renewables, or asset‑heavy industries advantageous.
