We are working with a DeFi investment fund to look for a Social Media Manager/Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, managing, and executing our social media strategy to drive engagement and brand awareness within the crypto community.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute content strategies across Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, and other relevant platforms.
2. Create high-quality graphics, videos, and written content tailored for the DeFi and crypto audience.
3. Manage community engagement, respond to comments, and foster discussions around our fund's initiatives.
4. Stay updated on DeFi trends to produce relevant, timely, and engaging content.
5. Collaborate with internal teams and industry influencers to amplify our brand presence.
6. Track and analyze content performance to optimize strategy.

Requirements:

1. Experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in the crypto/DeFi space.
2. Ability to design and create content independently (e.g., graphics, videos, and written posts).
3. Strong understanding of DeFi, blockchain, and crypto trends.
4. Proficiency in tools like Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or other design software.
5. Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
