Our client is the leading regional distributor of Professional and Industrial Cleaning Supplies. Products we market include floor care equipment for carpet, stone & tiles; high pressure water cleaners including ultra-high pressure blasting equipment & accessories; specialty vacuum & dust collection systems; industrial & outdoor rider sweepers & scrubbers; professional cleaning wipes, pads & tools; hygiene related environmental wares for public areas; and self-manufactured line of ISO 9001 certified maintenance chemicals.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Attend to customer enquiries through various channels such as email, phone and in person
2. Design and/or edit marketing collaterals (brochure, leaflets etc)
3. Oversee library of self-produced and principal supplied brochure, video resources and other Marketing and Sales support materials
4. Conceptualize, plan and execute marketing campaigns; both online and offline
5. Handle all activities related to organization of events (training, product seminars, roadshows, exhibitions event budget, liaising with vendors, handling registration, managing exhibition booths etc)
6. Maintain website and work with vendor
7. Social media management, review and assist to maximize brand experience and engagement
8. Explore opportunities with different e-commerce platforms and partners for collaboration
9. Execution of content creation (videography, photography) and produce product videos
10. Prepare and update price list
11. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field
2. 2-4 years of relevant working experience
3. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
4. Experience in digital marketing and social media management
5. Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
6. Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
7. Possess initiative with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
8. Able to communicate with various people with maturity and confidence
9. Possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills
10. Reliable and responsible, and able to work independently, as well as a team.
