Recruiter, Hybrid working arrangement

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team at People Profilers Singapore. The Recruiter will be responsible for developing and executing recruiting plans to meet the company's hiring needs. The successful candidate should be able to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting methods, such as job postings, social media, and networking.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the company's hiring needs
• Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting methods, such as job postings, social media, and networking
• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Conduct reference and background checks
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to track applicants
• Maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Provide advice and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment processes
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations
• Monitor recruitment trends and recommend improvements

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive working attitude
• Have a conducive working environment at home as we are currently working from home 80% of the time
