Assist in managing product roadmaps and delivery schedules under the guidance of senior leaders.

1. Track development progress, ensure timely updates, and communicate milestones to stakeholders.
2. Support bespoke software development, including enhancements, testing, and 3rd party engagement.
3. Assist in the development, launch, and post-launch monitoring.

1. Work closely with internal Marketing teams and business partners to gather, document, and relate product information.
2. Ensure alignment between cross-functional teams and overall product goals.
3. Facilitate clear communication to bridge all teams and stakeholders.

1. Create and maintain product documentation, including presentations, product guides, training guides, and technical specifications.
2. Track and report on KPIs to monitor product performance and outcomes.
3. Prepare materials for stakeholder updates, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.

1. Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Information Technology or a related field.
2. Minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience in Product Analysis, Product Executive, Business Analysis, or Project Management roles, in software development projects (added advantage).
3. Familiarity with Design Software and Collaboration Tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (CS), Figma, Diagram, or similar platforms.
