Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and driven UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our digital platforms. While front-end development skills are an advantage, we are open to candidates who are eager to learn and grow in this area.

Responsibilities:

• UI/UX Design: Design and develop intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
  Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides.

• (Optional) Front-End Development: If experienced, translate design prototypes into responsive and interactive web interfaces.
  Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of UI components.

• Collaboration & Learning: Work closely with project managers, developers, and stakeholders.
  Be open to learning front-end development if not already experienced.
  Bring creative input and design solutions for various digital assets.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
  A strong portfolio showcasing design projects.

• Skills: Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator).
  Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  (Bonus) Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  Willingness to learn and develop front-end development skills if not already proficient.

• Other Qualities: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
