Campaign Management:Assist in planning, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.). Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
Content Creation:Develop creative and engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, website content, blogs, social media posts, etc.
Market Research:Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and consumer preferences. Assist in identifying target audiences and helping the marketing team understand their needs and behavior.
Social Media Management:Help manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc. Plan, schedule, and publish content on social media and engage with followers.
Event Coordination:Support the organization of promotional events, trade shows, webinars, or conferences. Assist with event marketing, invitations, and follow-ups to ensure successful event outcomes.
Data Analysis and Reporting:Track and analyze marketing performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, social media engagement). Prepare reports and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
Email Marketing:Help design and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with the overall marketing strategy. Analyze email campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role (entry-level candidates may also be considered).
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic graphic design skills (experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc. is a plus).
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
