Maintenance Planner (Manufacturing/ Pharma Plant/ Contract)

12 Months Contract

Up to $5,000 depending on experience

IMMEDIATE VACANCY

Our client aims at creating a new manufacturing concept consisting of a new generation of evolutive multi-product facilities, modular, adaptable, and agile, leveraging new disruptive technologies, to better address vaccine business challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit maintenance and calibration plan at least one month ahead to operation executives for alignment.
• Detail the weekly maintenance and calibration plan and discuss with Technical Executive, Production, Logistics, and QA on available time window.
• Ensure good schedule adherence of the routine preventive maintenance and calibration plans. Monthly computation of the engineering KPI.
• In charge of statutory inspection schedule for all statutory equipment on site and ensure that they are performed before the due date.
• Work with external inspection companies on non-destructive testing and thickness measurement for any of the equipment to be inspected as part of risk-based inspections.
• Take care of the arrangement of windows for vendors who have service contracts with the company, which includes allocating the window for servicing.
• Support in projects as follows:
  • Provide detailed list of current equipment and instruments.
  • Assist in hardware setup for printer, labeling, and scanner.
  • Perform the relabeling of all equipment and instruments.
  • Participate in project validation.
• Provide partial support for projects including spare parts management and coordination.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering background.
• Experience in maintenance planning/scheduling.
• Great communication skills to liaise with external vendors.
