Role/Responsibilities
Human Resource Strategic Plan/System
- Manage the Human resource strategic plan. In alignment with the HR Policy, implement and evaluate the Human Resource strategic plan roll out in terms of Programs and practices.
Work Structure support via Documentation
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements, job descriptions and job competency for all positions.
Manpower and Recruitment
- Supports manpower needs by managing the recruitment and selection system that include testing and interviewing program; guiding managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes, preparing Employment Contract and updating records of all personnel.
Onboarding System
- Manage the Onboarding system by working with the various HOD to prepares employees for assignments by planning, conducting orientation and coordinating the relevant training programmes.
- On boarding screening process.
Reward and Recognition
- Support to implement the rewards and recognition system as per the pay structure and system monthly.
Benefits
- Implements employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; and designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
Performance Management
- Manage the Performance management system by implementing the appraisal cycle and working with the HOD and Consultant to coach and drive performance of all staff. Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by co-ordinating the training of managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling coaching sessions; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counselling employees and supervisors.
Compliance with Legal and Regulatory Requirements
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records.
- Follow up Know your 3rd parties' queries.
Management Guidelines Update/HR Policies
- Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Records Filing System and Update
- Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
IT Automation & Security
- Implement & improve to establish the HR Information System and automate all HR system progressively.
Continuous Improvement
- Work with HR consultant to review and implement strategic HR system progressively to prepare the organization for growth.
Flexible Work Arrangement (FWA)
- Implement and improve as per policy.
Learning & Development Plan
- Work with Consultant to develop and implement L & D plan.
Business Continuity Management (BCM)
- Support BCM implementation.
Job Requirements
Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management or HR Management.
Experience
- Familiar with working in HR management & related field.
- 3-5 years experience in HR & admin roles prefer in SME or Start-up company.
Skills and Knowledge
- Proficiency in analysis of data.
- Proficiency in HRMS system (Info-tech).
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act & HR regulations.
