Part of CIB’s Digital Channels (DCS), we are building a complete end to end, digital first client journey from onboarding, transacting to servicing and reporting. As Product Owner you will be responsible for helping shape and deliver the cash reporting product strategy and roadmap. You will be tasked in executing the roadmap through disciplined product development, ensuring delivery, collaboration, and alignment with Cash business and technology partners.

• Align with the business and cluster heads to understand their vision and strategy.
• Work with other Product Owners throughout the DCS team as well as colleagues from Design, Insights, Data and Technology to devise creative solutions that address our client’s needs.
• Help prioritise and deliver these solutions according to Agile practises.
• Help monitor success and iterate where necessary.
• Document and maintain a healthy backlog of user stories.

• Work with the business users to capture, analyse and prioritize business requirements in harmony with existing Straight2Bank NextGen cash functionalities.
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams; need to have a good understanding of the various systems interfaces.
• Hands‑on experience in requirements life cycle management in banking and financial domain preferably cash payments,. Should be able to manage requirements from inception to implementation across multiple systems interfaces.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product owners, technology, risk partners, TB cash product owners to develop the identified solutions and ensure alignment on priorities and timely delivery of initiatives.
• Ensure gaps in deliverables are identified early and addressed effectively.
• Should be well‑experienced in Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring, and independently describe the tasks used to organize and coordinate business analysis efforts.
• Over‑see and steer time, cost, and quality of over‑all solutions. Work with delivery and project services organizations as well as other technology and vendor organizations in ensuring requirements are transformed into effective solutions with‑in cost, schedule, and quality - adhering to the bank’s standards, guidelines, and policies.

• Help build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations amongst colleagues and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration, especially with the business lines as internal customers and with a view to increasing ultimate customer satisfaction and NPS.
• Ensure active communication of vision, priorities, and progress to the business to foster engagement, awareness and motivation.
• Sound knowledge on cash management products and services offers, corporate banking channels and industry clearing systems and the different file format utilised by clients for payments.
• Strong product management skills including product roadmaps, requirements gatherings.
• Understanding of UX principles and the ability to advocate for a user centric approach to product design and development.
• Familiarity with metrics and OKR related to digital channels, including customer satisfaction and adoption stats.
• Proficiency in agile methodology including usage of tools such as ADO, Confluence, and other documentation artefacts.

• Adherence to all Group Policies and relevant legislation covering credit, operational, reputational risk among others across all asset classes and associated post‑trade processes.

• Ensure product development aligns to internal governance frameworks that sets out the requirements for the design, implementation, and maintenance of data solutions.
• Where material changes are made to existing data solutions, ensure compliance to process change impact assessment and technology change impact assessments are completed.

• Contributes to the assessment of the Group’s arrangements to deliver effective governance, oversight, and controls in the business and, if necessary, oversee changes in these areas
• Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
• Willingness to ‘speak up’ in the event of any realized or perceived breach of group conduct rules or laws by colleagues.
• Willingness to work with any local regulators in an open and cooperative manner.

• 3 + years of experience in cash product space, preferably in a bank/Fintech
• Good knowledge of cash management, payments processing , cash reporting
• Able to work in fast paced environment
• Education Degree level or higher
• Certifications Agile project and product management desirable
