The Molten Metal Systems business of Morgan Advanced Materials manufactures an extensive range of high-performance crucibles and foundry consumables for non-ferrous metal melting applications. We provide melting solutions for foundries, die-casters, and melting facilities working with zinc, precious metals, aluminium, copper, brass, bronze, and other non-ferrous metals.

Job Purpose
Summary
The Manager Sales is mainly responsible for generating revenue on a month-on-month basis as per the budget agreed, improving gross margin, finding new opportunities in the defined territory in Market, Dealers Management, Customer Satisfaction, and complaints resolution in technical & commercial ground.
Also responsible for supporting applications as & when demanded, Internal Coordination with planner, logistics & production team. Check the dealer’s performance on a year-on-year basis, supporting them in technical as well as commercial terms, having a track record of dealers' activity or visits.
