The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Business Administration or Logistics, strong leadership skills, and at least 5 years of experience in logistics, with ERP knowledge, preferably SAP. The Logistics Supervisor is to oversee and coordinate the logistics operations within an organization, ensuring efficient transportation, distribution, and storage of goods and materials. This role involves managing a team of logistics personnel, including drivers, warehouse workers, and administrative staff, to optimize productivity and meet operational goals. Additionally, the Logistics Supervisor is responsible for planning and scheduling logistics activities, monitoring inventory levels, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. They play a critical role in ensuring timely delivery of products, maintaining accurate records, and upholding safety and regulatory compliance standards within the logistics department.
Minimum 5 year(s) working experience, 3 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain/Logistics related course
