Change Management Manager

As the Change Management Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth transitions and maximizing the benefits of change initiatives within our organization. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including project managers, business leaders, and employees, to drive successful change projects and effectively resource our teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead change management activities for projects, ensuring that change objectives are achieved and risks are minimized.
2. Collaborate with project managers to develop change management plans and strategies.
3. Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
4. Create and deliver effective communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process.
5. Provide guidance and support to project teams in addressing employee concerns and resistance to change.
6. Develop and deliver training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to change.
7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, making recommendations for improvements.
8. Manage talent, ensuring alignment with project needs.
9. Establish and track key performance metrics.
10. Proactively mitigate risks and implement contingency plans.
11. Enhance resource management processes and tools.
12. Gauge stakeholder satisfaction and make adjustments.
13. Optimize resource costs while maintaining productivity.
14. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement in embedded systems capabilities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in change management, preferably in the IT and services industry.
3. Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders.
6. Ability to influence and motivate others, including senior executives and team members.
7. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
