As the Change Management Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth transitions and maximizing the benefits of change initiatives within our organization. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including project managers, business leaders, and employees, to drive successful change projects and effectively resource our teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead change management activities for projects, ensuring that change objectives are achieved and risks are minimized.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop change management plans and strategies.
- Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Create and deliver effective communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams in addressing employee concerns and resistance to change.

Requirements:
