The Molten Metal Systems business of Morgan Advanced Materials manufactures an extensive range of high-performance crucibles and foundry consumables for non-ferrous metal melting applications. We provide melting solutions for foundries, die-casters, and melting facilities working with zinc, precious metals, aluminium, copper, brass, bronze, and other non-ferrous metals.

Key Figures: Revenue £1,114.7m (2023), ~8,500 employees, manufacturing in 20+ countries, and a global customer portfolio. A UK PLC with head office located in Windsor, Berkshire UK. Listed on the London Stock Exchange; Member of the FTSE 250 Index.

Responsibilities

Job Purpose

  • Improve end customer visibility and sales in the region along with an increase in gross margin, finding new opportunities in defined territory in Market, Dealers Management, and Customer Satisfaction complaints resolution in technical & commercial ground.
  • This position’s territory is the Middle East.

Summary

The Manager Sales is mainly responsible for generating revenue on a month-on-month basis as per the budget agreed, improving gross margin, finding new opportunities in the defined territory in Market, Dealers Management, Customer Satisfaction, and complaints resolution in technical & commercial ground.

Also responsible for supporting applications as & when demanded, Internal Coordination with planner, logistics & production team. Check the dealer’s performance on a year-on-year basis, supporting them in technical as well as commercial terms, having a track record of dealers' activity or visits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Improve end customer visibility for primary smelters at ME.
  • Generate revenue on a month-on-month basis by adding new customers for Morgan.
  • Achieve defined targets related to budgeted sales.
  • Identify new customers & untapped regions.
  • Increase share of wallet.
  • Provide technical training to end customers.
  • Timely collection of payment from customers.
  • Direct customers and Dealer Management.
  • Coordination with TSPD and Plant team.

Qualifications

Should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales.

Should have relevant experience in Foundries – Ferrous & Non-Ferrous.

Should have expertise in Dealers Management & Customer reach.
