WeAreAspire Middle East is hiring a Senior Operations Manager for a leading events services agency in Riyadh. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of event operations and project management.

1. Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless operations from concept to completion.
2. Manage event logistics, including venue coordination, supplier negotiations, permits, and on-site execution.
3. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service delivery.
4. Lead project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring all deliverables are met on time.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and maintain high standards.
6. Conduct risk assessments and troubleshoot operational challenges to deliver outstanding event experiences.
7. Drive continuous improvement in processes, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency.
8. Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards, and client expectations.

1. 5-6 years of experience in event operations and project management within the events industry.
2. Strong background of managing events in Saudi Arabia.
3. Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
4. Strong leadership skills with experience in team and vendor management.
5. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a hands-on approach.
7. Strong budgeting, negotiation, and contract management abilities.
8. Familiarity with KSA event regulations, permits, and operational standards.
