We are looking for Business Development Manager to drive business expansion and revenue growth by identifying, securing, and managing strategic facilities management contracts in Saudi Arabia, ensuring market penetration and long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a structured business development strategy to establish the company in the Saudi FM market.
Identify, pursue, and secure high-value FM contracts in key sectors: industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, commercial, retail, residential, education, and government.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring the company is registered as a vendor for major national opportunities.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend evaluations to refine strategies.
Build relationships at C-Suite level with key clients to position the company as a trusted FM partner.
Lead bid development, tender submissions, and contract negotiations with large corporate and governmental entities.
Work closely with technical teams to design tailored FM solutions that align with client needs and industry standards (ISO 41001, 9001, 14001, 45001).
Deliver high-quality presentations, proposals, and business cases to decision makers.
Develop industry relationships with government entities, real estate developers, and corporate clients to enhance business opportunities.
Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry conferences, networking forums, and expos.
Engage with Servest Business Units and leverage their expertise to offer integrated FM solutions.
Monitor the financial performance of signed contracts, ensuring profitability and cost control.
Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to optimize contract execution.
Provide monthly and quarterly sales reports to leadership, highlighting pipeline health, revenue projections, and strategic actions.
Foster a high-performance sales culture by mentoring and coaching junior business development professionals.
Identify and support team members professional growth through structured training and development initiatives.
Promote knowledge sharing and best practices to enhance team capabilities in business development and client engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and client solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
IFMA, RICS or PMP Certified are preferred.
7+ years of experience in business development within the facilities management sector (preferably in GCC).
Strong knowledge of integrated FM services, contract structuring, and outsourcing models.
Proven track record in winning large-scale FM contracts and managing high-value strategic clients.
Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 41001, 9001, 14001, 45001) and regulatory requirements for Saudi FM operations.
Excellent networking and stakeholder engagement skills with established connections in Saudi Arabia.
Experience in tendering, proposal writing, and bid management.
