8. تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الخاصة بك للتأكد من أن المتجر وزملائك يحققون أهدافهم
9. المشاركة بنشاط في تطوير قاعدة بيانات العملاء من خلال استشارة وإنشاء وتحديث ملفات العملاء
10. خلق فرص مستقبلية جديدة بعد إتمام المبيعات من خلال تطوير محفظة العملاء الخاصة بك وتوسيع قاعدة العملاء التي يمكن الوصول إليها
11. تنفيذ أنشطة العملاء من خلال دعوة عملائنا والمحتملين إلى الأحداث التي تنظمها الدار
12. توقع زيارة العملاء المهمين من خلال إعداد الاختيار الصحيح حسب المناسبة
13. المشاركة في عمليات المتجر الخالية من العيوب وكونك جزءًا نشطًا من حياة المتجر
14. المساهمة في تحقيق الأهداف الجماعية للبوتيك من خلال العمل مع زملائك
15. المشاركة بنشاط في اجتماعات الفريق والتحديات والأحداث والأنشطة، وتقديم مساهمتك
16. المشاركة في إعداد التقارير ومراقبة مؤشرات الأداء وتعليقات العملاء
17. التأكد من تطبيق المبادئ التوجيهية الأمنية وإجراءات تسجيل أمين الصندوق وقواعد إدارة المخزون
18. المساهمة في إعداد التقارير والتحليل بناءً على طلب المقر الرئيسي، وتكون نقطة مرجعية لتعليقات العميل
19. التجارة المرئية: العمل على النوافذ والعرض الداخلي بالتعاون مع فريق التجارة المرئية
20. المشاركة في حفظ المخزون وخدمات ما بعد البيع

4. Offer a relevant selection of pieces and assist the client in his purchasing process
5. Play a key role in the selling ceremony knowing how to surprise the client
6. Take clients on an emotional journey and drive them through the discovery of the world of Chaumet

1. Contributing to the boutique’s commercial development by finding new clients and retaining existing ones
2. Achieve your sales objectives to make sure the boutique and your colleagues achieve theirs
3. Actively participate in the development of the customer database by consulting, creating and updating customer files
4. Create new future opportunities after concluding sales by developing your own customer portfolio and enlarging our reachable client base
5. Carry out clienteling activities by inviting our clients and prospects to events organized by the Maison
6. Anticipate VIP Clients visit by preparing the right selection depending on the occasion

1. Participating to flawless store operations and being an active part of the store’s life
2. Contribute to achieve the boutique’s collective targets by working with your colleagues
3. Actively participate in team meetings, challenges, events and activities, giving your contribution
4. Participate in the reporting and monitoring of performance indicators and customer feedback
5. Ensure the application of security guidelines, cashier registration procedures and stock management rules
6. Contribute to reporting and analysis as requested by the HQ, be a point of reference for Client’s feedback
7. Visual Merchandising: work on windows and internal display in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising team
8. Participate to stock-keeping and After-sales
