Your Role – International, Challenging and Future-Oriented!

In this role you will be part of the Energy Performance Services team based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Your role will include, but not be limited to:

Sales & Presales
  • Develop sales leads following the strategy and market approach set by sales management.
  • Identify value-added services & solutions to customers and prepare sales slides deck for customer orientation.
  • Approach targeted customers and schedule sales meetings.
  • Identify customer pain-points and come up with working proposal concepts which fit customers’ budget and needs.
  • Prepare sales funnel with estimated winning weight for each sales lead / opportunity.
  • Bids preparation and analysis from the date of bid receiving till bid submission.
  • Align with technical team to develop the technical solution based on customer needs.
  • Align with execution team for execution requirements and timelines.
  • Prepare BoQ for the developed solutions and prepare materials / services costing.
  • Align with procurement for 3rd materials / services costing.
  • Prepare for all needed internal / external approvals with internal / external stakeholders.
  • Prepare the technical / commercial proposal analysis and writeups.
  • Follow up the sales cycle and post-bid requirements with customers.
Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid!
  • Expected degree qualification and/or major of Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Relevant year of experience: Minimum of 6 years’ experience in sales.
  • Knowledge of expertise: Energy efficiency, sustainability, green buildings, renewable energy.
  • Any required certification: Certified Energy Manager is a plus.
  • Personal skills: Communication skills, self-dependent, quick learning.
  • Language skills: Fluent in English, Arabic speaker is a plus.
