- Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; managing relocations and intern program.
- Responsible for attracting, screening, selecting, and onboarding qualified and suitable personnel to fill our job openings.
- Inform of any difficulty or need to adjust employee profile or Job Description.
Qualifications
Scope & Authority:- As a result of the interviews, recommend an applicant to become part of the company.
- Identify areas of opportunity in job descriptions and profiles.
Preferred Qualifications:- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or any equivalent field.
- Able to read, write & speak in ENGLISH (primary).
- Minimum of 2 years as a recruiter; BPO background will be an added advantage.
- Well-versed in the recruitment field.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications for local hiring, China market, and across Asia.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges, etc.
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Onboard new employees to become fully integrated.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Provide analytical and well-documented reports to the rest of the team.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Promote the company’s reputation as the “best place to work.”
