The PTP Officer – Wire is part of the P2P team and focuses on the financial review of payments executed through Bank Transfers. This role analyzes and resolves payment incidents, performs balance sheet reconciliations for Bank Transfers accounts, and prepares validated payment proposals to partner banks, ensuring accuracy and compliance across internal systems and external banking platforms.

• Review and analyze Bank Transfer payment incidents across Atlas 11g, Atlas 2.0, SAP, Tableau, and bank payment portals, ensuring timely resolution.
• Prepare and validate payment proposals to credit institutions offering virtual card solutions.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations for Bank Transfer-related accounts and clear discrepancies.
• Compile data for reporting and trend analysis; support continuous process improvements within P2P.
• Collaborate with PTP Specialists, Finance Operations, and external banks to ensure compliance and data integrity.

• Accounting knowledge, including understanding of balance sheets and payment proposal preparation.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
• Ability to work accurately with multiple systems and large data volumes.
• Clear communication and collaboration across cross‑functional teams.

• Excel: advanced use of pivot tables and data analysis.
• SAP or similar ERP experience.
• Familiarity with banking/payment portals and reconciliation tools.
• Experience with Atlas 11g, Atlas 2.0, and Tableau is a plus.

• Experience in Accounting, Finance Operations, P2P or Accounts Payable roles.
• Hands‑on reconciliation or payment validation experience.
• Intermediate English (spoken and written).
