Job Description

Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done! Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their team-mates. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:

1. To provide a warm welcome to all guests while striving to provide outstanding service.
2. To communicate professionally and effectively in the languages used in the Spa.
3. To be fully aware of all treatments currently offered in the Spa Services Menu and of any promotions or offers at any given time.
4. To be knowledgeable of the product lines used in the Spa for retail sales and professional use, and capable of providing guests with product guidance and recommendations to benefit retail sales.
5. To be aware of guests' locations within the Spa at all times, ensuring no guest is left unattended.
6. To keep updated with any reservation changes made at the Spa Reception.
7. To facilitate a smooth transition between guests' relaxation time and their Spa treatment experience.
8. To ensure Massage Therapists are fully aware of any special indications or contraindications, tailoring Spa services to guests' specific needs as per medical consultation forms.
9. To ensure no guest values are left behind; if so, communicate immediately to the guest, Spa Concierge, Management, and Security Department.
10. To communicate all guest comments and feedback to Spa Management for prompt follow-up.
11. To take great care of and pride in assigned areas, linen, and storage areas, ensuring they are set up according to SOPs and maintained clean and tidy.
12. To maintain daily control of soiled and clean linens as indicated in the Spa Attendant checklist.
13. To perform monthly linen inventories.
14. To provide Spa Tours.
15. To be proactive and a strong team player to achieve department goals.
16. To promote an atmosphere of wellbeing within the Hotel and Spa team at all times.

Qualifications

• Advanced level of English
• Bachelor's degree
