The Digital Factory Lead will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of digital technologies within our manufacturing operations. This role requires a strong understanding of SQL, databases, IoT, Power BI, app development, lean manufacturing principles, and basic statistical tools. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation and a proven track record of driving efficiency and productivity through digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and implementation of digital strategies to optimize manufacturing processes.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of digital projects.
3. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
4. Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
5. IoT real-time data monitoring of critical processes.
6. Develop and deploy applications to support manufacturing operations.
7. Utilize Power BI to create and maintain dashboards and reports for data-driven decision-making.
8. Apply digital tools aligned to lean manufacturing principles to identify and eliminate waste, improve processes, and enhance productivity.
9. Use basic statistical tools to analyze data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
10. Train and mentor team members on digital tools and best practices.
11. Identify and evaluate new digital technologies and tools to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
12. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for digital systems and applications.
13. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital initiatives.
14. Ensure data security and privacy protocols are implemented and maintained across all digital platforms.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering in automation, mechatronics, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in SQL, database management, and app development.
3. Proficiency in Power BI and creating data visualizations.
4. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
5. Familiarity with basic statistical tools and techniques.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Labview developer experience.
10. PLC Programming / OPC.
11. Knowledge programming C++ / C#.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in a manufacturing medical device.
2. Experience in Healthcare environment, QMS.
3. Experience working with medical devices.
