Es responsable de cumplir con los programas de trabajo, supervisando a un grupo de empleados encargados de elaborar los programas de producción en base a la capacidad instalada y la disponibilidad de materiales, dando seguimiento y realizando los ajustes al programa cuando se presentan cambios, fallas en el equipo o material defectuoso. Asegurándose que las unidades operativas cuenten con un programa coherente con los requerimientos comerciales de la empresa

• Seguimiento y aseguramiento del WOC de ensamble final
• Monitoreo del cumplimiento de los programas de producción
• Actualización del plan mensual de producción
• Seguimiento y programación de órdenes atrasadas
• Actualización del plan de MTS en base semanal a producción
• Actualización de gráficas requeridas del departamento de materiales (Planeación y CS)
• Reportes semanales, mensuales y anuales propios del puesto
• Actividades de 5's y Seguridad industrial propios del puesto

• Carrera Profesional
• Inglés 90% mínimo
• Conocimientos básicos de computación.
• Conocimientos de manejo de básculas.
• Conocimientos básicos de sistema SAP.
• Conocimiento de operaciones de manufactura (preferentemente)
• Liderazgo.
• Fuera de la empresa: 2 años como Programador Maestro
