Join the K Family in Queretaro. Manage Kellogg Latin America procurement sustainability programs and initiatives to achieve our sustainability strategy. Working closely with our Latin America procurement and global sustainability teams, provide support for Responsible Sourcing Category strategies in support of Supply Chain, Procurement, Sustainability Policy, and Company Goals.

• Support Kellogg Latin America Sustainability strategy, including business reviews, scorecard development with relevant Indicators, benchmarking, and market condition updates in partnership with Procurement Functional Leaders.
• Partner with Procurement category managers.
• Execute regional programs for Responsible Sourcing commitments, including working with suppliers on the Kellogg Grower Survey, aligning with global sustainability team strategy.
• Understand the process of auditing, particularly in the area of social risk, and be able to work with suppliers on audits and the correction of nonconformances.

• Bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years of experience in related fields including supply chain, sustainability, responsible sourcing, procurement, Business Agronomy, or project management.
• Capable of strong collaboration and leading through influence to execute common goals while building understanding and capabilities of others.
• Fluent English.
