Grand Hotel Timeo, a Belmond Hotel in Sicily, is searching for a talented F&B Manager to join our team of passionate professionals.
Reporting to the General Manager and with a dotted line to the Divisional Director of F&B, you will be responsible for identifying and rolling out the required actions to ensure our Restaurants & Bars operate at their full potential, providing an outstanding experience for our guests.
The scope of the role includes the design and execution of new concepts in line with the positioning of the property, the development and roll out of action plans to maximize guest satisfaction and the financial return of each restaurant and bar.
The position is based in Taormina, Sicily, and the contract is permanent and full-time. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy / EU.
