Borgo Pignano, a 750 acre private estate hidden away in the hills and valleys of Tuscany whose ethos is a commitment to slow food, slow living and sustainable organic farming, is looking for an engaging and proactive RESTAURANT MANAGER for the months from March to October 2025.

• Being the Leader of the Restaurants, he/she will lead the team by setting examples
• Modeling and demonstrating all restaurants behaviors
• Training staff to know the highest standards of service
• Preparing daily organizations and weekly service plan
• Overseeing the guests’ satisfaction and creating an action plan in order to ensure the brand promise.
• Supervising the restaurant staff and the activities Department
• Brand cross-selling
• To meet and improve upon all agreed financial and quality targets within the departments
• Being the owner of the restaurant style, including communicating information to staff regarding art, culture, produce, concepts
• In charge of the complete welcoming, greeting and guest satisfaction
• Ensure that grooming standards are followed

• At least 1-2 years in the same position
• Strong knowledge of wine and culinary trends
• Familiarity with restaurant management software
• Excellent team management and strong leadership
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player
• Respect for nature and for the values that the earth represents
• Spoken and written fluency in English and Italian
• Own car
