• Develop and curate content for social media platforms, with a focus on encouraging interaction and building a vibrant online community.
• Maintain an organized content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of content across platforms. This includes planning and scheduling content in advance.
• Develop and run ads across various platforms, using your understanding of the target audience. Analyze ad performance data to optimize strategies for maximum impact.
• Stay on top of industry trends, especially in beauty, health, and wellness. Apply this knowledge to keep our content fresh and aligned with the latest trends.

• Bachelor's Degree: In Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Charismatic and Cheerful Personality: We are looking for someone with attractive, extroverted energy who can bring a cheerful vibe to our brand.
• Social Media and Advertising Savvy: Proficient in social media trends, best practices, and advertising strategies, with the ability to create content that resonates and converts.
• Demonstrated experience as a Content Creator, ideally in the beauty or wellness industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing engaging and diverse content and successful ad campaigns.
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work WFO in Jakarta Barat
