Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Key Account Executive to serve as the primary liaison between our brand and its suppliers, marketplace partners, and distributors. The ideal candidate will manage tasks across internal and external teams, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and that our online stores on platforms like Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada run smoothly. This role will involve strategic collaboration with both internal departments and external partners to achieve business goals and drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Primary Point of Contact – Serve as the main liaison between the brand and its suppliers, marketplace partners, and distributors to maintain effective and timely communication.
  2. Marketplace Operations Management – Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, including coordinating with internal and external teams on banner design, promotions, campaign execution, price adjustments, and other marketplace requirements to ensure smooth functionality and alignment with brand standards.
  3. Digital Marketing Campaign Coordination – Liaise closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure that all marketing campaigns align with our business goals, providing input to optimize campaign effectiveness and ensure timely execution.
  4. Performance Reporting – Track and analyze shop performance metrics (such as chat response rates, sales volume, and customer ratings) and prepare regular performance reports for the brand and director.
  5. Task Coordination – Manage tasks across internal teams, coordinating timelines and deliverables to align brand operations with external marketplace demands.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance, and customer service) to ensure brand operations and customer interactions run smoothly.
  7. Issue Resolution – Identify and resolve any operational or technical issues affecting the e-commerce platforms quickly and effectively.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, especially Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, including pricing adjustments, promotional activities, and campaign coordination.
  • Proven experience in account management or brand management within e-commerce or retail industries.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with a focus on key metrics for marketplace performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in e-commerce, particularly in the FMCG or retail sector.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
