Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or other related majors.
3-5 years of working experience in Advertising / Paid Ads (especially in the Fashion and Personal Care Industries)
Experience in managing and optimising paid channel strategies, knowledge and skills to optimise Meta ads (Facebook / Instagram ads), TikTok ads, Marketplace Ads (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.), and Google ads
Detail and data oriented, Strategic, Innovative, and Professional
In-depth knowledge about cost per click, cost per-sales & marketing targeting concepts.
Responsibilities:
Create, maintain, monitor and optimize performance marketing campaign or brands digital channels (Meta ads, marketplace ads, tiktok ads, Google ads)
Developed ads strategies such as the ads' objective and budget allocation/projection for meta and all e-commerce ads
Operated and optimized ads configuration to maintain a high return on Ads spend (ROAS) and high traffic.
Provide daily/weekly/monthly/after campaign reports for the ads campaign
Provided ads daily, weekly, and monthly report of all platforms
Analyzed ads performance to drive revenue growth and improve business metrics.
Assist in managing digital campaign plan and ensuring budget allocation is spent optimally across digital channels
