About the Business and what is in it for you?
The company we are recruiting for is a dynamic and thriving company, currently seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead and continually develop their busy warehouse department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail, a passion for process efficiency, and leadership skills to join the growing business.
For the right person, this role will have a fantastic balance of joining an established team, but also the ability to add value by reviewing and developing their current process to ensure customers and the business are not only happy but optimized.
About the Role
As the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will oversee all incoming stock operations, including stock returns, and the overall upkeep of stock storage areas for the site. You will ensure accurate receipt and dispatch of goods into the systems while promptly addressing any errors with suppliers. Additionally, the business has other sites that most products are distributed out of this facility, so accurate communication and systems need to be maintained to continue a great service.
From a Logistics point of view, there are 4 team members that throughout the year (depending on seasonality) will swap and change from being on-site to being out on the road, helping deliver direct to door. Collaboration will be key to success in this role, as you'll work closely with other department managers and key stakeholders to ensure stock is processed smoothly and made available as efficiently as possible.
What do you need?
If you're an organised, detail-oriented leader with experience in stock management and team supervision, we'd love to hear from you! Apply now and be a part of the success.
