I am looking for an expert in warehouse design to help optimize our company's warehouse plan. The main goal of this project is to enhance our workflow, which currently faces challenges in various areas.

Key Areas of Focus:

1. Receiving and Storage: The organization of this area is currently difficult and needs to be simplified.
2. Packing and Shipping: This area needs to be optimized for speed and efficiency.
3. Inventory Management: We need a more effective system for managing our stock.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

1. Extensive experience in warehouse design and logistics.
2. Ability to create effective and efficient warehouse layouts.
