Hybrid working within this role enables a balance of 50 per cent of time split between the office and home over a 4-week period. Hybrid working arrangements can evolve subject to business requirements.

Overview
This role is a great opportunity to work in an exciting area of HR and be part of a team where you will be able to see your work have a tangible impact on colleagues across the business. You will work on a range of tasks and projects pan-TfL alongside other specialist colleagues who are passionate about developing and supporting everyone to achieve their work ambitions. You will play a big part in helping TfL to develop practical solutions that enable us to build a colleague empowered performance and talent management culture, underpinned by great inclusive leadership capability.
As an Organisational Development & Talent Manager you will report to the OD Lead and be part of the Chief People Officer directorate. In this role you will be responsible for applying expertise to the design and development of practical initiatives, frameworks, and practices that support building a high-performance culture that enables our people to thrive and innovate in order to meet current and future business requirements.
