3. Collaborate with other maintenance professionals to deliver comprehensive facilities services.
4. Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
5. Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
6. Travel between Co-Op stores in Sheffield and surrounding areas to complete maintenance tasks as required.

1. Proven experience in facilities management, with joinery as the primary trade.
2. Demonstrated stability in previous roles, indicating reliability and commitment.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Valid UK driving license.
