Salary: £30,316.44 per annum

We are seeking a dedicated Fabric Technician with a strong background in facilities management and expertise in joinery to join our dynamic team. This role will involve working in various Co-Op stores across Sheffield and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and reactive maintenance tasks, focusing on joinery and general building fabric repairs.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company standards.
Collaborate with other maintenance professionals to deliver comprehensive facilities services.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
Travel between Co-Op stores in Sheffield and surrounding areas to complete maintenance tasks as required.

Requirements:

Proven experience in facilities management, with joinery as the primary trade.
Demonstrated stability in previous roles, indicating reliability and commitment.
Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid UK driving license.
