Are you highly organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional care? Do you thrive in a role where you can support both clients and care workers while keeping operations running smoothly?
At Day to Day Care, we are looking for a dedicated Care Coordinator to join our friendly, close-knit team. This is a key role in ensuring that care services are delivered efficiently, compassionately, and in line with the highest standards. If you love solving problems, working with people, and making a difference, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for the planning, scheduling, and coordination of care services to ensure that every client receives the quality care they deserve. You will also be a first point of contact for carers and clients, ensuring that queries are handled professionally and effectively.
This is a varied role that involves rota planning, recruitment support, compliance management, invoicing, payroll, and general office administration. You will also take part in on-call responsibilities and assist in managing unexpected changes, such as covering shifts due to staff absences.
Your ability to stay calm under pressure, communicate effectively, and multitask will be essential in ensuring that the service runs smoothly and clients receive the best possible care.
The best Care Coordinators are organised, adaptable, and great at problem-solving. You should be able to work calmly under pressure, have excellent attention to detail, and be a strong communicator who can handle multiple priorities at once.
If you’re proactive, passionate, and ready to step into a role where you can make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!
Female only due to service user preference.
