DAY-TO-DAY

1. Building relationships with key stakeholders in the business
2. Lead the independent oversight and monitoring of the UK Retail Appointed Representatives
3. Assist with FCA reporting requirements
4. Review and update team documents
5. Travel to meet Appointed Representatives across the North
6. Collaborate with branch and partner Assurance teams to establish and document oversight
