What You'll Do as a Mentor

• Offer career guidance tailored to your mentee's industry and professional goals.
• Provide resume reviews, interview coaching, and job search advice.
• Assist in building professional networks and career development strategies.
• Choose between long-term mentorship relationships or short-term advisory sessions.

Who Should Apply?

We welcome professionals across all industries, particularly those with experience in:

• Technology & Innovation - AI, software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity.
• Business & Finance - Marketing, consulting, entrepreneurship, strategic planning.
• Education & Workforce Development - Career coaching, HR, leadership training.
• Public Sector & Nonprofits - Policy, advocacy, international development, social impact.

We are looking for individuals who:

• Have at least three years of professional experience in their field.
• Possess strong communication and mentorship skills.
• Can commit 2-4 hours per month to mentoring a refugee professional.
