A community-based non-profit organization in England seeks a Human Resources Generalist to manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment, alongside excellent communication and organizational skills. This is a full-time position offering benefits such as a comprehensive health plan and paid time off, with a commitment to diversity and community support.
Hours: Monday-Friday 35 hours per week (8:30 AM - 4:00 PM)
Salary: $37.08 per hour

The Human Resources Generalist is the first point of contact for all HR related matters and runs the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department. This includes but is not limited to recruitment and onboarding of staff and enforcing company policies and practices. The Human Resources Generalist focuses on building a great candidate and employment experience through effective organization communication and relationship management and by exploring solutions, best practices and process improvements.
