Contract: 6 Month initially • Based: Hybrid/Coventry – Maximum 3 days onsite per week initially. Rate: £725 - £780 p/d (via Umbrella company).

This is a great opportunity with a world-leading organisation where you will be supported with development to succeed. We are seeking a Primavera P3M / PMIS Functional Consultant to join the team.

Role summary and key objectives for the Primavera P3M / PMIS Functional Consultant.

• Engage with stakeholders to understand current portfolio and processes.
• Collect detailed functional and technical requirements.
• Perform fit-gap analysis.
• Provide regular status reporting to the program manager.
• Prepare discovery documentation, take notes, and map processes; obtain validation from customer stakeholders.

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) features and functionalities.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Primavera Unifier features and functionalities.
• Understanding of portfolio, program and project management methodologies, transactional processes, and project lifecycle management processes.
• Experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design and documentation for complex IT systems implementation projects.
• Experience in UK water and energy industries is advantageous.
• 3+ implementation projects experience in OPC Schedule, Task Management, Resource Management & Risk Management.
• Hands-on experience in OPC workflows, forms, designs, configuration & settings.
• Proficiency in integrating OPC with Oracle, SAP ERP systems, and other third-party applications.
• Proficiency in integrating OPC, P6 and Primavera Unifier.
• Customer-facing skills with good persuasion, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; able to work collaboratively within a team.
