Job summary
An international organization is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant, offering a salary of up to £50,000 per annum. This remote role requires strong accounting background and extensive experience in implementing Business Central solutions. Candidates should possess project management skills and be comfortable with up to 30% international travel. The position is open to residents in the UK, Portugal, or Spain who are near an international airport.
Qualifications
- 3 years’ experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central functional roles.
- Hands-on experience with Business Central Finance modules.
- Strong track record in delivering international implementations.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Must reside near an airport within the UK, Portugal, or Spain.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions focused on Finance & Accounting.
- Manage multiple international client projects simultaneously.

- Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions with a strong focus on Finance & Accounting modules
- Manage multiple international client projects simultaneously, ensuring high‑quality delivery
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to align business requirements with system capabilities
- Provide expert guidance and leadership throughout the project lifecycle
- Support international implementations, adapting solutions to varied client needs
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness
- Travel internationally (up to 30%) to client sites as required
- 3 years’ experience in similar Dynamics 365 Business Central functional roles (range 3-10 years preferred)
- Mandatory hands‑on experience with Business Central Finance modules; strong accounting background essential
- Proven track record delivering international Business Central implementations
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Leadership skills with the ability to work autonomously and confidently
- Experience working with partners and multiple stakeholders is desirable
- Must be a British Citizen or hold ILR (no sponsorship available)
- Must reside near an airport within the UK, Portugal, or Spain for travel convenience
- Up to £50,000 per annum (non‑negotiable)
- Remote working with international travel required (up to 30%)
- Candidate must be located in the UK, Portugal, or Spain near an international airport
