About the role
We are seeking a Fraud Agent to join the Fraud team. The role holder will assist the Fraud operations, Brand & External Position Manager to ensure that the department delivers and runs appropriate fraud control tools, processes and systems to support the department objectives.
As a Fraud Agent you will keep up to date with fraud trends, patterns and best practices so VMO2 can stay ahead of the curve and provide insight and escalate any issues.
You will play an integral role responding to alerts in the relevant fraud management systems to minimise the impact of fraud on our customers. You will review applications to proactively detect instances of application, account takeover, subscription, network and other key types of fraud.
(This role is based in Leeds with one day a week (Tuesday) expected in the office - Shifts are 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm with some weekend shifts expected (one weekend in 8, then 2 days off in the week).

- Preferred experience in a banking background but not essential.
- Proven experience with Experian or Equifax.
