An investment platform provider is looking for a head of Corporate Technology. A Head of Corporate Technology to lead the transformation and optimisation of key technology platforms that support our corporate functions, including Human Resources (HR Tech), Finance Technology (FinTech), and other enterprise systems.

Position Overview:
The Head of Corporate Technology will oversee the strategic direction, development, and implementation of technology solutions across HR, Finance, and other corporate functions. This senior leadership role requires an individual with strong technical expertise, strong business acumen, and a proven track record in managing enterprise technology projects. The ideal candidate will partner with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation, enhance operational efficiency, and support business objectives through the effective use of technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy and execution of corporate technology initiatives, including HR Tech, Finance Tech, and other corporate systems.
• Manage and enhance technology platforms that support HR functions such as payroll, recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement.
• Oversee the development and implementation of financial technology solutions for accounting, financial planning, reporting, and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and other business leaders to understand their needs and align technology solutions with organisational goals.
• Drive innovation and explore new technologies to streamline processes and improve decision-making.
• Lead and mentor a team of technology professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure the successful delivery of technology initiatives.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that could impact corporate technology solutions.
