Mid-weight/Senior Designer, up to £55k - London, Hybrid

Salt have partnered with a highly renowned Fintech App to secure multiple Designers ranging from middleweight to senior/lead designers with a minimum of 3 years' experience for middleweight and 5+ years for senior to join their talented creative team.

We're seeking exceptional designers; middleweight designers will report to the senior/lead designer, and both will work collaboratively with the motion designer to aid in shaping the company's visual identity across all touch-points, from their digital platform and campaigns to their online content. The ideal candidates are innovative, strategic in their approach, and full of energy. They must have the ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create compelling visual designs for digital marketing, CRM, social media, and performance marketing channels
2. Maintain brand consistency while adapting designs to various formats and audience segments
3. Collaborate with copywriters and content team to develop cohesive marketing materials
4. As a senior, provide art direction and feedback to mid-weight designers and artworkers as well as be able to present design concepts and rationales to C-suite stakeholders
5. As a mid-weight, be able to take feedback and direction from the Senior Designer and Creative Studio Lead and assist with quick-turn design needs for the marketing department.

Required Qualifications

1. 3- 5+ years' experience in graphic design with focus on digital marketing
2. Innovative portfolios.
3. Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite as well as FIGMA
4. Excellent typography skills and attention to detail
5. A keen knowledge and understanding of digital design principles

Bonus Qualifications

1. Knowledge or experience in UI design and basic animation principles
2. Background in marketing or advertising environments
