Description- Who we’re looking for: We are looking for someone motivated and energetic to join our growing Finance team. You'll need to be an excellent communicator as this role will see you supporting the team, the wider business and of course our customers.

Day to Day This Role WillThe role of Tillo’s Finance Assistant will contribute significantly to building a finance team that is operationally fit for purpose for a fast growing FinTech business which focuses on excellence as a finance team as well as the service to customers, suppliers & business stakeholders.
Main Duties And Areas Of Responsibility- Production of sales invoices and credit control in key client accounts.
- Onboarding new customers and point of contact for query resolution.
- Preparation of bank and supplier reconciliations.
- Maintaining accurate and up to date accounting records.
- Assistance in accounting entries at month end.
- Assisting the Finance Manager in ad hoc projects and reporting.
Who We’re Looking ForEssential- Degree qualification or demonstrable relevant experience in a finance team.
- Customer focused with excellent communication & customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexible working approach with a determined can do attitude.
- Committed to development of self and surrounding team.
It’s Not Essential, But We’d Love To Hear About It If You Have Experience With- Studying for accountancy qualification.
- Problem solving skills.
- Intermediate use of excel in pivot tables and logical formulas.
