The Housing Standards team is passionate about providing safe, compliant, and well-maintained homes for our residents. We’re seeking a talented Senior Contract Supervisor to join our team and help us achieve excellence in service delivery and quality.
We are looking for candidates who have previous experience in a housing maintenance role such as a clerk of works, contract manager or surveyor for example.
About the Role:
At the Senior-Level, you will be responsible for developing new contracts and leading in the procurement process, liaising with procurement and legal to resolve any significant contractual matters, and day-to-day contract management on high value and complex contracts.
